How to use

1 - Cleanse: Start by cleansing with a non-oily cleanser.

2 - Shake: Shake the tube and squeeze out a pea-size amount on the top of the hand.

3 - Apply: Using your fingers, apply a thin and even layer of the product onto completely dry, cleansed skin for best results.

4 - Dry: Let the product dry for three to five minutes while remaining expressionless. Do not squint or smile.

6 - Pat: If you notice any white residue, moisten a cotton swab (or your fingertip) and remove excess by gently patting the edges.

7 - Makeup: Once the product is completely dry, continue with makeup application as normal.

UK Shipments

We offer Free Standard Shipping (5-8 working days) on all UK orders over £35. Shipping is generally via Royal Mail, Yodel or DPD, though other services may be substituted at our discretion.

Orders placed before 14:00 pm are guaranteed to be shipped same day (Mon-Fri).

Processing times

We ship orders within 24-48 hours Mon-Fri; high volumes during holidays, etc may extend processing time.

Orders Outside of the UK

We do not currently ship internationally. We are a British business and our priority while we grow is to provide our UK customers with our full attention and the best possible service.

Returns

We offer 60-day, no-risk, no-questions-asked returns. Try out your primer for yourself; and if you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, return it within 60 days for a full refund.

We will refund you within 60 days no questions asked! The primer does not need to be in new condition and untouched. We know you'll need to open it and test it in order to see if you like it.
